Neil Kelleher, PhD
Board Member and Co-Founder
Neil is a leading professor and director at Northwestern University, renowned for pioneering work in top-down proteomics and natural product discovery. With 450+ publications and multiple honors, he has built one of the world’s foremost proteomics centers and launched several biotech ventures, including Proteinaceous, Integrated Protein Technologies, and ImmPro. His work is shaping a future where proteoforms are the core metric across drug development, diagnostics, and precision medicine.

Jack McGee, PhD
Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
Jack is the driving force behind its rapid growth, securing partnerships with major industry players within months of launch. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemical and Biological Engineering from Northwestern and previously led automation at its Proteomics Center of Excellence. A former NIH Fellow and Entrepreneurial Fellow at Northwestern’s InQbation Lab, Jack has authored 19 peer-reviewed publications and holds multiple ImmPro-focused patents. His work bridges cutting-edge science and real-world impact through automation, product development, and commercialization.

He has led organizations from start-up to hyper-growth and spearheaded initiatives that brought Google’s AI capabilities to genomics. Chewie now advises cutting-edge startups, helping founders bring breakthrough products to market.
